High-speed precision die cutting is a quick, cost-effective means of producing high volumes of parts made out of rubber, plastic, foam, adhesives and many other materials. The process begins by feeding augmented sheets or rolls of the material into the machine. Once inside the press, the material is cut into shapes of a predetermined size. The process can be run automatically – depending on the material – and is able to create a diverse range of parts.

Our Preco automatic die cutting equipment can handle part volumes in excess of several thousand parts per production run – even high-volume projects are no problem for our facilities.

High-speed die cutting is used to create a myriad of parts, including gaskets, films, packaging, labels, insulating foams, and much more. Adhesive-backed materials can be kiss-cut upon request. This allows for a clean cut of the perimeter without cutting or otherwise altering the backing material, meaning the product can remain on its liner sheet in roll form for easy peel-off later.

Our facility also features a Class 8 cleanroom for molding applications, and we maintain intense quality control measures and a paper trail throughout the facility under ISO 9001:2015. We utilize non-touch inspection equipment using a Micro View Coordinate measurement system and should the need arise have sources for inspection fixtures.
